OHM CS-18

For installations the OHM CS-18 subwoofer is the smallest of the 18″ subwoofers, yet it is also a larger, more powerful option than the CS-15 for mobile use. When for example the CW-28 or CT-10 based systems needs more punch the CS-18 has been designed to match it perfectly.

Extensively adding more bass dynamics and strength into the sound while improving the mid clarity by taking the tension away from the smaller mid drivers on the main cabinets.

Although the speaker comes standard in black, the innovative grille less design of this bandpass cabinet gives the advantage of being able to custom match the CS-18 to any decor upon request.

OHM CS-18 uses a custom designed 18″ 8 ohm driver with 4 inch voice coil fitted in an enclosure consisting of two asymmetrical compartments creating a front and rear loaded 6th order bandpass cabinet. Utilising bandpass technology with large individual letter box ports on each chamber this cabinet is able to provide high sound levels with low port compression and distortion.

Stacking the CS-18 is made easy and securely with the use of the OHM cup and foot stacking system. The top plate with M20 threading makes it suitable for mobile use as a sub / sat system using for example CW-28 or CT-10 top cabinets.
